highlight of experience - he dipped his dirty hand in big jar with pickles and tried to catch one like it's a fish - disgusting and gross and they do it in front of customers.. this rate and review specifically for so called "restaurant" which is gross and disgusting. this is antique store. it has decent sq ft'age but they squeezed "sandwich area" in less than 30 sq ft (including fridges and other equipment). there is no even room to go around, one person can barely walk between antique pieces of furniture covered with dust. and in this dark and dusty environment they make "the best lobster roll" in town - it's a joke. I urge you to go there just to have a good laugh. guys have no idea about cleanness or freshness of food. I believe there was an owner - old guy who was preparing sandwiches (btw for basic turkey on white toast he charged me ~ $15) and some guy called Joe or John. Owner "tasked" him to "catch" and slice a pickle from big glass jar - it goes as a side with a sandwich. the guy just dipped his dirty hand in front of us in the jar - probably half way his arm and for 1 minute struggled to catch a slippy pickle - just disgusting and gross to watch...the rest of food preparation looks about the same..nothing fresh, watch our for food poisoning - crazy how they are even allowed to prepare and sell any food, it's not a place to buy food, maybe it's a good antique place but that's it.

Great seafood have bought for home cooking always very fresh also have ate at the restaurant and have enjoyed all their choice's they have to offer.

Enjoyed checking out the extensive showrooms that share space with a lunch and dessert counter and New England clam and lobster spot on lower level. It was interesting.

Nice owner and he's got alot of great Antiques and other good stuff

Came here for food, everything was good.. Lobster tanks downstairs and antiques in dining room makes this place unique
